I work hard to develop my skills in sculpture that speaks both to the audience and myself. I interrogate our Zimbabwean Cultural History, with a contextual application to relative stories. Before I create my work, I look at objects viewed as trash and transform them within my work into works of art. I do this in a bid to breathe new life into “trash”, which is a symbol for our long forgotten culture and lifestyle. I also provoke people’s thoughts and conversations towards the Zimbabwe Culture.
